The GHS Lady Bulldog and Bulldog golf teams hosted theconference match at Ben Geren Golf Course.

The GHS Lady Bulldog Golf Team won conference yesterday witha team score of 241.  They were led by Senior Celeste Gish who shot a 2under par 71 and was the overall medalist for the event.  Sophomore EndsleyEvans, who moved here this year from Missouri,shot an even par 73.  Caitlyn Robbins shot a 97 and Ali Barnes shot a 102for the day.  The Lady Bulldogs will be competing at the state event nextWednesday, September 30th at Paragould.

The GHS Bulldog golf team came in 3rd yesterdayin conference with a team score of 312.  Juniors Patrick Kelley shot a 3over par 75 and Allen Hoyt shot a 5 over par 77.  Tanner Harrelson andAndrew Steele both shot 80 followed by an injured Austin Harvey who finished theday at 91.   The Bulldogs will be traveling to Hot Springs CountryClub to compete in the state match on Wednesday, October 7th.

Both teams are coached by Coach Ronnie Williams and assisted by Coach Fein.
