The Greenwood Girls’ golf team traveled to Hot Springs earlier this week to compete in the 5A State Tournament, and they came away in third place.
The Bulldogs finished with a 283, which was behind Lakeside (263) and Mt. Home (268). There were 32 teams competing in the annual State tournament.
GHS was led by juniors Jordyn Lane and Ella Austin who shot a 92 and 94 respectively. Freshman Hallie Jones scored a 97 and Senior JJ Mohetau finished things up for Greenwood with a 112.
