"Train Like A Champion"

The t-shirt that FASDOGS campers are wearing says what it's all about; " Think Like A Champion... Act Like A Champion...Train Like A Champion"
That slogan displayed on t-shirts available to the kids enrolled in the FASDOGS Football & Speed Camp is a driving factor for so many of the kids who have enrolled in the camp put on by Greenwood head football coach Rick Jones and the Greenwood coaching staff, they want to be a champion.
The FAS (Fundamentals, Agility and Speed) DOGS program is a 6 week speed and strength development program for any athlete, between the 4th & 12th grade that wants to improve their performance for both male and female athletes.
The emphasis of the camp is to improving speed, quickness, lateral movement, agility and strength of the athletes.
There was a lot of Greenwood athletes who have signed up and are taking part in the program which runs Monday-Thursday each week now till July 26, with a different age group starting each half hour beginning at 6:30 AM with the varsity football team.
Included in the FASDOGS program is a quarterback training camp instructed by Coach Jones on each Monday and Wednesday of the program for an hour beginning at 8:30 AM for all quarterbacks in grades 4-12.
Coach Jones teaches the fundamentals and the basic skills used to play the position.
Wednesday morning 21 current and future Greenwood quarterbacks took part in the camp.
All these Greenwood Bulldogs taking part in the FASDOGS program above all else are learning how to "Train Like A Champion".
