Greenwood- For the second straight week the Bulldogs faced off against a team from Faulkner County last week taking on Vilonia in a 57-42 shootout win and this week a dominating performance against the Greenbrier Panthers.
Greenwood (4-1, 2-0) wasted little time finding the end zone and would find it quickly and often in the first half to cruise to a 48-10 homecoming win over Greenbrier.
"I was proud with they way our kids played in the first half they got after it well," said Greenwood head coach Rick Jones. "Greenbrier to their credit fought us tooth and nail to the last breath."
The Bulldogs scored on six of their seven drives during the first half, thanks to great field position provided by the Greenwood punt return unit that kept the Bulldogs starting in Greenbrier territory for most of the night that included punt returns of 45 and 46 yards.
It was Daniel Stegall again that was the playmaker for the Bulldogs as he ran for three touchdowns and threw for two additional ones.

Stegall found Lucas Miller in the corner of the endzone at the 10:18 mark in the first quarter on a31-yard pass Miller made an unbelievable one handed catch for the touchdown.
Greenbrier's quarterback Nick Maxfield found an open Josh Camden for a 12-yard touchdown strike to pull the Panthers to 28-10.
The Bulldogs quickly answered with a 29-yard touchdown run by Stegall with 6:46 to go in the half.
Stegall again found the end zone right before the half to put the Bulldogs up 41-10 at the break.
Micah Fritsche leads the Bulldogs down and into the end zone for their final touchdown early in the 4th quarter on a 2-yard run to put the Mercy Rule in effect for the rest of the game over Greenbrier.
