The Bulldogs mercy ruled Bentonville in a game played mostly in the low 30's with a north wind blowing. They scored 8 runs to start the first inning and never looked back.
Sr. Brad Gilliam tossed a 5 inning no hitter and the offense was paced by Sr. Daniel Ramsey, Jr. Brennan Rogers, and Sophomore Aaron Carter, all had multiple hits and RBI.
"Brad gets out there and goes to work," said Bulldog head coach Randy Gardner. "He wastes very little time which allows his defense to stay sharp behind him."
"We will just keep working hard everyday at practice and try to maintain the level of play we have started out with this spring, says Gardner."
